We offer standard home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, vacation-rental turnovers, and wash-dry-fold laundry service. Every cleaning is based on a confirmed estimate and service checklist so you know what is included before the appointment.

East Orlando, Alafaya, Bithlo, Christmas, and Titusville may be available on scheduled eastbound route days. Travel or minimum-service pricing will always be confirmed before booking. 

 Standard cleaning is designed to maintain a home that already receives regular care. Deep cleaning provides more detailed attention to buildup, edges, fixtures, and areas that may not be addressed during routine maintenance. The recommended service will depend on the home’s current condition. 

 Yes. Cleaning and laundry services can be combined when scheduling and turnaround time allow. Both services should be included in the estimate so enough time can be reserved. 

 No. You are welcome to be present, but you may also arrange secure access using a door code, key, property manager, or another agreed method. Parking information, gate instructions, alarm details, and access codes should be provided before arrival. 

 Please remove excessive clutter, secure valuables and private documents, identify fragile or damaged items, and provide any special surface-care instructions. Running water, electricity, safe working conditions, and reasonable access are required. 

 We love pets! Please disclose any relevant pet behavior before the appointment and keep pets safely away from active work areas, cleaning products, equipment, open doors, and wet floors. 

 Laundry service is $20 per closing 13-gallon bag weighing up to 10 pounds. Weight over 10 pounds is charged at $2 per additional pound and will be confirmed before washing whenever practical. 

 The usual turnaround target is 24–48 hours. Turnaround may be affected by order size, weather, equipment trouble, utility interruptions, or emergencies. Any unexpected delay will be communicated as soon as possible. 

 Yes. Standard, hypoallergenic, and scent-free detergent options are available. Please disclose allergies, sensitivities, and detergent preferences before pickup. 

 Yes. Each household’s laundry is processed separately. 

 Please empty every pocket and remove money, pens, cosmetics, earbuds, jewelry, medication, paper, sharp objects, and other personal belongings. Special-care items should be separated and clearly identified. 

• At least 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee
• Between 24 and 48 hours: $25 fee
• Less than 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service price
• Same-day cancellation, no-show, or cancellation after arrival: 75%

 Report the concern within 24 hours of cleaning or laundry return. Please provide clear photos, a description of the item, its approximate age, and any available receipt, model number, or care information. Do not repair, discard, rewash, or alter the item before it can be reviewed unless immediate action is necessary for safety. 

 Please report the exact concern within 24 hours and include photos when helpful. If an agreed and reasonably accessible area was missed, Little Red Homekeeping will make a reasonable effort to provide a complimentary touch-up.

Vacation-rental concerns must be reported before guest check-in or within two hours of the completion message, whichever comes first.

 Yes. Service may be paused, declined, or ended when conditions are unsafe, materially different from what was disclosed, or outside the agreed scope. This includes aggressive animals, unsecured weapons, harassment, illegal activity, active infestations, biohazards, severe smoke or chemical exposure, structural hazards, missing utilities, or extreme heat.
